Only local products are used and are sourced freshly on a weekly basis by our procurement department in Arusha, then dispatched to the Camps where they are stored in solar fridges and freezers until they are prepared freshly on a daily basis by our Chefs. Fresh bread and pastry are baked in a bush oven on site daily.
Our Bush Chefs will make sure you will always be served delicious meals and make you discover a mix of African and Continental Cuisines from original receipts they source throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Every year we organise a training in hygiene, safety, food safety and skills to keep our Chef’s team up to the latest standards and inspire them for the new season.
